This 100% varietal, blend of vineyards bottling showcases some of the premier growing sites for Cabernet Sauvignon on the hillside. Sourcing from 13 individual vineyard blocks all from within the AVA boundaries, gives us lots vine ages, slopes, soils, and unique expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon to work with. We have difficulty in explaining, but this Cabernet has that classic Red Mountain style. Great structure and concentration with a dusty tannin finish. The aroma is full of fresh red fruits, cherry, raspberry, and vanilla bean. The palate is full and plush with black cherry, currant, and plum. Enjoy this wine right away with a good 30+ minute decant or through 2035.
