Our 2021 “forty-forty” red blend is named for the 4,040 acres that make up Red Mountain, our home and the special sliver of land from which Fidélitas sources all of its fruit.  This Cabernet-dominant blend, as they say in Bordeaux, is our “second wine” - still made using our traditional winemaking techniques but made in a style that can be enjoyed immediately without needing any bottle aging. On the aroma we red plum, blackberry, and baking spices. The tannins are rich and plush with a classic dusty Red Mountain finish | notes of black cherry, dark chocolate, and cola. Enjoy now through 2030.

BLEND: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot, 6% Malbec, 6% Petit Verdot, 4% Cabernet Franc
